A) Product purchases

If you purchase a test kit:

- samples may be processed by accredited partner labs
- reports are based on current scientific methods and the sample quality

- Your order is confirmed only after successful payment and order acceptance.
If a pricing error occurs, Eternell may cancel the order and refund you.

- Discount codes and offers are valid only during the stated period and may have limits.
- If any product is sold under subscription/auto-renew, the renewal terms will be shown at checkout. You can cancel future renewals anytime from your account or by contacting support.

- If you’re purchasing from India or using Services in India, these Terms are governed by Indian law and consumer rules for e-commerce.
- If you’re purchasing from UAE, UAE consumer protection and e-commerce laws apply.
- For US customers, relevant federal/state consumer and supplement regulations apply. We encourage resolving issues by contacting support first. If not resolved, disputes will be handled by courts/tribunals with appropriate jurisdiction based on your purchase location.
